My boyfriend and I are always on the lookout for a good Irish pub and finally made our way to The Local—it did not disappoint! The cocktails were well balanced, the food fresh and delicious (happy to finally find a corned beef that is full of flavor and not completely dried out or tough), and the atmosphere top notch. Our server Zoe was exceptionally warm and attentive, and her service was the cherry on top of an already great experience. We’ll be back soon!

In town for a 16U Hockey Tournament. Stopped at The Local, because I love Irish Bars. Music was on point, and the bartender (Lucas) is friendly and knowledgeable! The whole staff was great and I would definitely recommend stopping by! (Old fashioned pictured because I love Old Fashioneds)

We were greeted by a woman with a thick Irish accent and a warm smile. She brought us directly to a great table out on the patio. Traffic was not too loud. Music was a bit loud but did not interfere with conversation. We ordered two margaritas with PATRON. They were stiff with a heavy pour. Very refreshing. The cauliflower Shots were a good appetizer for 2-4. They are lightly fried and in a lovely green pesto-ish aioli with pickled beets and goat cheese. Great combo. We both ordered the grain salad and I added shrimp. Fantastic. Needed salt but I added. Light on dressing which I like. Excellent. Would definitely order the salad regularly if I was a local.
